She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Mashburn and Analou Kate Mashburn (Cornwell); and her husband Charles Moats. She is survived by: her children, Chris Moats (Dana) and Bethany Moats; her grandsons, Chris Moats Jr. and Joshua Moats (Sandra); her great grandchildren, Rory and Rowan Moats; and her sisters, Jeanne Clure (Kenneth) and Mary Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Arrie's memory to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee, to Region A Partnership for Children (rapc.org) or by bringing an unwrapped toy to the service.
