He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Whitaker and Maggie Belle Whitaker; and his siblings, Glen Whitteaker (Jo) and Emagene Abbott (Raymond). He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Hodge (Edward), Joyce Goodman (Dennis), Carl Whitteaker and Judy Myers (Walter). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
