He is survived by: his parents, Glen Hazel and Jan Hazel; his wife Jessica; his children, Elise and Asher; his sister Salena Waters (Andy); and his grandmother Salena Pearmain. He is also survived by 10 aunts and uncles, 13 cousins, loving in-laws, and numerous dear friends.
