She was predeceased by: her parents, Alda Osborne and Dicie Osborne (Peters); her husband Walter Brinegar; her son John F. Brinegar; her granddaughter Amber L. Brinegar; and her siblings, Rosa Cook and Henry Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Clifford "Kippy" Osborne of Accoville, Walter Jr. Brinegar of Maryville, Betty McMillian of Kistler, Debbie Brinegar and Thomas Brinegar (Gina) of Maryville; and her grandchildren, Ashlee Spradlin of Maryville, Jarrad Bryant of Maryville, Valarie Coles of Maryville, Shawn Bumgarner of Maryville, Jonathan Brinegar of Maryville and Jordan "Chase" Brinegar of Maryville.
