He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Idabell Jenkins Fuller Hopper, Liza Cagle Thomas, Edward Fuller and Johathan Thomas; his parents, Homer Fuller and Cora Fuller; and his siblings, Johnie (Peggy Fuller), Ellis Fuller, Lee (Norma Fuller), Ronnie Fuller, Edward Fuller, Alma Fuller White (Dawson White), Betty Fuller Tipton (Wade Tipton) and Geneva Fuller Pickens (Howard Pickens).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Fuller; his children, Kim Hutsell, Tina Tucker, Bill Fuller Jr., Jason Fuller, Joe Fuller, Michael Fuller and Justin Fuller; his children-in-law, Tim Hutsell, Kristi Fuller, KaSoundra Fuller, Lauren Thompson Fuller and Lexie Fuller; his grandchildren, Kymber Tucker, Alyshia Valentine, Landon Fuller, Karson Fuller, Kennedy Fuller, Emmaline Oliver, Henry Fuller, Kylie Valentine, Nathan Valentine, Aaliyah Tucker and Charlotte Fuller; and his sister Connie May Helton (late Dave Helton).
