She was predeceased by: her husband James "Bucky" Hicks; and her parents, George Vernon and Vernie Ruth McKeehan. She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Hicks; her siblings, Jack McKeehan (Edie), Clarence McKeehan, JoAnn Russell and Luther Ray McKeehan (Dona); and her pets, Ginger and Bebe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
