In the vast expanse of eternity, Charles shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Charles farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Louise Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Phillips and Charles W. Phillips II (Kathy); his granddaughter Samantha Phillips (Scott); his sister-in-law Mary King; and his pets, Bogie and Bob Cat. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
