He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Hensley Sinard and Lon Sinard; his stepmother Ann Sinard of White Pine; his son Travis Sinard of Crossville; and his brothers, Lonnie Sinard of New Market and Paul Sinard of White Pine.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Sinard; his children, Kristi Ott (Clarence) of Crossville and Marshal Sinard of Maryville; his grandchildren, Jay Ott (Sarah), Ann Ott, Trevor Sinard, Bentley Threet of Crossville, Asher Sinard and Adeline Sinard of Cookeville; and his siblings, Gary Sinard of Morristown, Delores of White Pine and Jerry Sinard (Dianne) of Morristown.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home, Magnolia Chapel (915 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801). A graveside service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beth Car United Methodist Church Cemetery (3593 White Birch Rd, White Pine, TN 37890).
