He is survived by: his wife Wanda French Maxwell of Maryville; his son David; his daughter-in-law Diane Maxwell; his granddaughter Lauren Maxwell of Seymour; his sister-in-law Helen Maxwell of Madisonville; and his nieces and nephews, Collins Maxwell, Betsy Maxwell West, Jim, Linda French, Nancy Grinder, Donna Jenkins, Betty Jo Kirkland, Carol Hodge, Linda Ball and John French.
