He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Caldwell and Evelyn Caldwell; and his nephew Brandon Gibson of Sevierville. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Murphy Caldwell; his siblings, Dwight Caldwell (Roxann) of Knoxville and Carole Gibson (Bobby) of Kodak; and his sister-in-law Linda M. Davis of Maryville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
