David leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. David’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew David will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Costner and Gladys Costner; and his brother-in-law Jerry Qualls. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Johnson Costner; his daughters, Stephanie Costner (Jason Hatfield) and Nikki Kurth (Chris Kurth); his granddaughter Lilli Goins; his sisters, Glenda Hawkins (Larry Graves) and SaraJo Qualls; and his niece Whitney Qualls (Jeff Goran). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in his memory to Partnership Christian Church Mission or Youth Program funds.
