He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Moler and Pearl Moler; and his daughter Suzanna Lynn "Suzie" Moler. He is survived by: his wife Ida; his son Phil (Jennifer); his granddaughters, Sarah and Rebecca; his cousins, Cathi Morriss, Ron and Jody Mason; his pet Coco; Miri and Rick Blair.
