He is survived by: his wife Vickie Phillips; his daughters, Sarah Jensen (Chris) and Hannah Phillips (John Ownby); his granddaughters, Adelynn Jensen and Emma Jensen; his mother Janie Phillips; his siblings, Jerry Phillips (Pam), Debra (Mike Davis) and Pam (Will Fields); his siblings-in-law, Ted Gray and Linda Phillips; and his nieces and nephews, Wesley Phillips, Matthew Davis, Scott Ogle, Dylan Gray, Kayla Johnson, Eddie, Melody Phillips and Makayla Singer.
