He was predeceased by: his mother Leslie Oleksak; and his grandparents, Arden LaPalm, Carol and Lonnie Clark. He is survived by: his father Paul LaPalm; his stepmother Tanja LaPalm; his grandmother Dolores LaPalm; and his siblings, Ashley LaPalm, Tyler Clark and Derek Oleksak.
