She is survived by: her children, Judy Rhyne (Lincoln) and Douglas Dailey (Gina); her grandchildren, Heather Witek (Bart), Brent Dailey, Brittany Dailey and Justin Mendoza; her great grandchildren, Stella Hmielewski and Silas Hmielewski; her siblings, Wayne Walker (Mary), Charles Walker (Jheri) and Linda Edmonds; her close friend Mary Longworth; and her caregivers, Leila Fritts, Amy Gann, Martha Sparks and Rachel Whitehead. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
