She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Webb and Virgie Webb; her husband David Cutshaw; her daughter Donna Cutshaw; and her siblings, Charles Edgar Jr., James, Paul Webb, Beatrice Huskey, Bernice Wilson and Geneva Thacker.
She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Kathi Cutshaw; her grandchildren, Shawn (Jennifer Cutshaw), Rachel (Chris Slate) and Shane (Amanda Cutshaw); and her great grandchildren, Makynlee, Makayla, Luke Cutshaw, Gabriel, David, Chloe Slate, Noah and Abel Cutshaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Trinity Chapel (1402 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sherwood Memorial Gardens (3176 Airport Hwy, Alcoa, TN 37701).
