He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca Lynne Rogge. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Kaye Callaway (John Callaway); his granddaughters, Caitlin Mackenzie Callaway and Cassidy Lynne Callaway (Michael Bolskar); and his brothers-in-law, Terry Rogge (Vickie) of Omaha, Nebraska and Ron Lamson of Norfolk, Nebraska. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
