Golda was predeceased by: husband Eugene Kyle Winters (Gene); and parents, Barney Williams and Deana Mae Bivens Williams. Golda is survived by: daughter Angela Faye Winters; siblings, Shelby Jean Sneed, Wanda Kaye (Ed Cardin) and Randall; sister-in-law Darlene Williams; niece Pamela Sneed; and nephew Jeff Cardin. Golda is also survived by Several other nieces & nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:20 AM at the Chestua Campground Community Cemetery Campground (6112 US-411, Madisonville, TN 37354).
