He is survived by: his sons, Malachi, Hunter and Abram Malone; the parent of his children Ivy Malone; his siblings, Cody Malone and Caela Malone; and his parents, Terrel Malone and Tamera Malone. He is also survived by his numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, coworkers, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (915 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel (915 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801).
