He was predeceased by: his wife Joy B. Worth. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Rob Spirko of Maryville, Tenn.; his son John T. Worth III; his daughter-in-law Hanako Kobayashi of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Joe Worth of Redondo Beach, Hannah and Zeke Spirko of Maryville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
