He is survived by: his wife Nancy Williams; his children, Cristy Lee De Leeuw, Jennifer Lynn Theis, Sara Marie De Leeuw and Joshua Michael De Leeuw; his sister Mary Kaye House; and his grandchildren, Kylee Nicole Morrell, Austin Gregory Theis, Mason Ryan Theis, Kinslee Ann Theis, Kaylee Rose De Leeuw and Rylee Lynn De Leeuw.
