She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldon Alexander and Margaret Alexander; and her husband Bobby Joe Headrick. She is survived by: her son Drs; her grandchildren, Autumn, Alyssa, Owen, Liam, Eli and Luca Headrick; and her siblings, Ronnie Alexander and Dorcie Carver.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Foothills Church in memory of Judy.
