It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Wilson Maples (Maryville, Tennessee), who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, AJ Wilson and Dorothy Wilson; and her sister Nancy Aldridge. She is survived by: her husband Danny Maples; her children, Ashley, Ryan and Tyler; her grandchildren, Ashton, Ava, Ryleigh, Kylie and Kameron; her in-laws, Ricky Maples and Glenda Gregory; her nephew Mark Huskey (Shelia); her uncle Jim Long (Toby); her cousin Greg Long; and her close friends, Doug, Sharon, Will Russell, Josh, Chelsey Cantwell, Gene, Jenny, Roger Gregory, Marie Parrish, Susan Schaffer and Fern Sutton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 220 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given in support of Old Piney Baptist Church youth ministries.
