We are sad to announce that, on May 25, 2026, at the age of 84, Kenneth Virgil McSpadden (Maryville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon McSpadden and Eulah McSpadden; and his wife Wanda Helton McSpadden. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela McSpadden Trentham (Rick Trentham), Cheryl McSpadden Effler (Dennis Effler), Joy McSpadden Cagle (Dale Cagle) and Angela McSpadden McLemore (Josh McLemore); his grandchildren, Travis Trentham (Brittany Trentham), Josh Trentham (Laura Trentham), Adam Effler (Wonnell Effler), Katie Effler Middleton (Eric Middleton), Creed Cagle and Chase Foster (Courtney Foster); his great grandchildren, Zoe Trentham, Ella Trentham, Levi Trentham, Josie Trentham, Kenlee Effler, Tyler Middleton, Jaxson Middleton, Aubrey Middleton and Charlotte Foster; his siblings, Margie Shaw, Evelyn Newman (Danny Newman) and Charles McSpadden (Marsha McSpadden); his sisters-in-law, Jean Helton and Phyllis McSpadden; and his brother J. R.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
