She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Hitch; her siblings, Theodore Garner, Frankie Linginfelter, Johnnie Johnston, Faye Bryant and Mary Arrowood; and her parents, Wiley Garner and Ola Garner.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert "B. D." Hitch of Maryville and Stan Hitch of Maryville; her grandsons, Pete Hitch, Scott Hitch and Brad Hitch; and her great grandchildren, Laura, Todd, Hazel, Gus and Iris.
