He is survived by: his wife Sharron Brooks Cooper; his children, Tracy Mannis, Robby Randolph (Rose McKinney) and John Randolph (Mona); his grandchildren, Mandy McCubbins (Dusty), April Hamby (Caleb), Phillip Hetherington (Lindsey), Heather Mannis, Monique Dyches (Brandon) and Keith Jones; and his sisters-in-law, Madge Cooper and Charlis Cooper. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
