He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Sparks of Sparky's Restaurant; his parents, Bill Sparks and Billie Sparks; and his siblings, Robert Sparks, Neil Sparks and Christine Sparks.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Sparks (Angela), Rusty Sparks and Cherie Sparks Harbison; his grandchildren, Kristopher Harbison, Bella Sparks, Mia Sparks and Jordan Sparks; and his siblings, Clell Sparks (Loretta), Velda Jean Blevins (Ernie) and Carol Gregory.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grandview Mausoleum Chapel (2304 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
