She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Kuhn and Maxine Kuzzar Drake. She is survived by: her husband Leslie Cate; her daughters, Ashley Cate Vogel (Patrick Maximilian Vogel) of Knoxville, Tennessee and Lindsey Cate Salter (John Christopher Salter) of Wilmington; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Jacqueline Vogel (Elle), Vada June Vogel and Penelope Cate Salter; and her brothers, Charles William Kuhn, Jr. and Michael Roy Kuhn. She is also survived by nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to First United Methodist Church Maryville, the American Cancer Society, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
