She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemuel Newport and Velva June Newport; her siblings, Gail Williams and Brad Newport; her close friend Frank Atkins; and her nephew Gabriel Jordan.
She is survived by: her son Cagney; her son-in-law James Miller; her sister Joye; her brother-in-law Todd Bussen; her brother Bruce; her sister-in-law Martha Newport; her grandsons, Samuel Jones, Isaiah Jones and Josh Herrmann; and her close friends, Kay Littrell and Vanessa Brown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
