She was predeceased by: her parents, Reba Mae Garrett and Glenn Garrett; and her siblings, Avery Garrett, Lee Morton, Joan Carver, Howard Morton and Brenda Espinosa.
She is survived by: the fathers of children, Rufus "Cecil" Willis, Greg Willis (Natalie), Tracy Willis (Susan), James Willis (Cheri), Dwight Willis (Kylie) and Justin McCulloch (Mary Jo); and her brothers, Richard Garrett and Grayson Garrett. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Knob Road Baptist Church (2023 Knob Rd, Maryville, TN 37803). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Willis Family Cemetery.
