She is survived by: her daughter Tammy (James); her grandchildren, Jacob (Meghan), Kyle (Ashley) and Charity Worrick (Candice Storr); her great grandchildren, James, Wyatt, Robert and Logan; and her close friends, Abbey McGuire, Linda, Brian and Sara of Washington Cleaners.
