He was predeceased by: his parent Doris Marie Parker; and his wife Joyce C. Parker (Bryant). He is survived by: his children, Zachary Parker and Emily Parker; his sisters, Susy Price and Sandy Hicks; and his brothers-in-law, Bobby Hicks (Debbie Collier) and Charlie Collier. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
