We announce the death of Mildred Grace Ohmstede of Maryville, Tennessee, born in Briceville, Tennessee, who passed away on July 28, 2026, at the age of 89. Mildred will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Ohmstede; her parents, Leonard McMahan and Cora McMahan; and her siblings, Sam, Carl, Bill McMahan, Pearl (Schultz), Marie (Lindsay) and Lucille (Housley).
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Renae), Tony, Lee Ann Silver and Kimberly Chilcutt (Anson); her grandchildren, Michael Jr. (Agustina), Drew (Kaylen), Tyler (Naomi), Jordan (Lou), Megan (Conner), Ron Jr., Ethan and Clay; and her great grandchildren, Natalee, Baylee, Marlee, Everlee, Sawyer, Charlotte, Elena, Cora, Peyton, T. J. and Grace Elizabeth. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
