He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jo; his children, Thomas Wormsley (Trish) of Bradenton and Angela Snyder (Mark) of Lenoir City; his grandchildren, Matthew and Katie Snyder; his siblings, Mickey Wormsley (Krista) and Anetha Grant; his niece Lillie Grant; the mother of his children Vivian Wormsley; Toby Caldwell (Angie), Christy Gamble (Christopher), Charlie Caldwell and Gabriel Gamble.
