Norma leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Norma’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Potter and Carrie Potter; her sister Lois Marie Potter; her son Matthew P. Kidd; and her husband Frank M. Kidd.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Kirkland (Mike) of Maryville; and her granddaughter Mackenzie Kirkland.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (915 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel (915 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carpenters Campground Methodist Church (3538 Best Rd, Maryville, TN 37803).
