He is survived by: his wife Janie Gideon; his children, Todd Gideon (Valarie), Kristi Belcher (Josh) and Derrick Gideon (Megan); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Ashlyn, Haley, Callie, Matthew and Anna. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
