He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia E. Payne Brown; his sister Sylvia Jean Frazier; and his stepson Randy Winemiller. He is survived by: his wife Mary S. Payne; and his children, Barbara K. Dial (Leroy), Jeannie Gallant (Gary), Charlie Payne, Jim Bailor (Renae), Sylvia Alton, Stanley Payne (Connie) and Mona Payne. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
