We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2025, at the age of 95, Phillip Neale Perry (Maryville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin O. Perry and Lelia E. Froman; his siblings, Loren Perry, Doris Decker, Wayne Perry and Lois Helm; his wife Billye Jane Deaton; and his daughter Janet Little (Jan).

He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Perry, Laura Lee (William) and Andrew Perry. He is also survived by grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
