She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Storti and Elna Storti (Staman); and her husband Raymond E. Lovelace. She is survived by: her siblings, Mark Storti (Susan), Patricia Storti, Raymond Storti Jr. (Maggie), Matthew Storti (Teresa), Elna Johnson (Bill) and Amy Beskar; and her grandchildren, Morgan Lovelace, Maggie Lovelace and Dylan Hawkins. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials in Phyllis' name may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice of Sebring, Florida, or to a charity of your choosing.
