He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Tindell and Virgie Tindell. He is survived by: his wife Margaret E. Tindell; his son Paul Tindell; his children-in-law, Angel Tindell, Regina, Roger Jennings, Kimberly and Leonard "Porky" Inman; his grandchildren, Bethany Spurlock (Tim), Ben Stone (Leslie), Amanda Little (Philip), Cory Tindell, Bradley Tindell and Mason Tindell; and his sister Vida Maples (George).
