It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Douglas Thomas (Maryville, Tennessee), who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Wanda; his parents, Winfred Thomas and Gladys Thomas; and his siblings, Cliff, Betty, Bill, Clarence, Robert, David, Margaret and Rick.
He is survived by: his wife Tammie; his children, Courtney and Chris; his daughter-in-law Jessica; his grandson Liam; and his siblings-in-law, Vickie, Jackie (Jeff) and Eddie (Virginia).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose Mann Heritage Chapel (6200 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grandview Cemetery (2304 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803).
