He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Gino" Eugene Gregory Sr.; his daughter Samantha Gregory; his grandson Samuel Clark; and his brothers, Josh and Freddy Gregory.
He is survived by: his wife Chasity Leann Gregory; his children, Nate Gregory, Aric Campbell (Cameryn), Austin Campbell, Justin Owens, Dustin Cook (Patty), Ashbee Gonseth (Allen), Karmyn Campbell and Hailey Cook (Robert); his mother Rita Helen Hippert; his siblings, Shane Detillion, Matthew Detillion (Jamie), Tommy Detillion (Amy), Aaron Waddell, Sherri Robinson, Kim Baumgardner (Tony), Stephanie England and Ashley Burnham; and his mother-in-law Debra Waddell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
