He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Whitehead; his siblings, Wendell Whitehead (Brenda), David Whitehead and Betty Jo (David Pesterfield); his sisters-in-law, Rose Mary Whitehead and Karen Whitehead; and his pet Sparkle. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
