She is survived by: her children, Jeff Goins, Scott Goins (Lori), Crystal Moses and Jan Sweet-Pelfrey; her grandchildren, Will, Chris, Tyler, Tiona, Jessica, Katie, Haley, Kelsey and Noah; and her caregiver Donessa Irvin. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
