He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Murphy and Jeraldine Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Ronda Murphy; his children, Jennifer Jordan (Darren Jordan) of Maryville, TN, Stephen Murphy Jr. (Stacey Murphy) of Maryville, TN, April Arms (Joshua Arms) of Maryville, TN and Ashleigh Williams (Justin Williams) of Maryville, TN; his siblings, Joe Samuel Murphy (Brenda Murphy) of Maryville, TN and Jennifer Johnson (Richard Johnson); his grandchildren, Chad Buchanan, Libby Benson, Gavin Murphy, Jacob Arms, Aiden Jordan, Carson Jordan, Jonah Arms, Abby Arms, Gabriel Williams, Micah Williams, Brooklyn Willimas and Cage Murphy; and his siblings' children, Becca Johnson and Nick Johnson. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
