He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth McNeilly; his children, Shawn McNeilly and Erin McNeilly; his granddaughter Makyla McNeilly; his brothers, John McNeilly and David McNeilly; his sisters-in-law, Donna McNeilly, Shannon McNeilly, Katy Joyce and Robin Joyce; and his niece Sarah. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
