He is survived by: his mother Clara Fields; his children, Lee Fields (Ashley) and Jennifer Fields Borovy (Wayne); his grandchildren, Dakota, Britain Fields, Max, Connor and Emmitt Borovy; and his siblings, Joel Fields (Jeanie), Kris Fields (Debbie), Lisa Riddle (Rob) and Becky Fields. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
