He is survived by: his children, Renee Mynatt, Gwen Webb (Donald), Robyn Locke, Tina Morrison, Teresa Smith (Michael), Carla Glass (Lamar) of Cartersville, GA., LaJuan Elston (William) of Chattanooga, TN. and Randolph Garner Jr. (Eartha); his nephew David James (Davy); his grandchildren, Sheldonia Garner (Shelly), Skylar Garner (Sugar Plum), LaTavia Morrison and Jeremy Locke; and his great grandchildren, Tina Morrison and Robyn Locke. He is also survived by 3 great-great grandchildren.
