She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Witt; and her parents, Charles Busler and Joyce Busler. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Welch and Kristi Boring (Rob); her grandchildren, Natasha Finley (Daniel), Hunter Rains (Mackenzie) and Skyler Rains; her great grandchildren, Conner Musick, Lillie Musick and Baby Rains; her siblings, Duwayne Busler (Sherry) and Angel Acuff (Sherman); her siblings' children, Brittnee Seal (Dwight), Ashlee Jarnigan (John) and Zach Acuff (Brooke); and her sisters-in-law, Edna Williams and Lois Patty. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fountain City Chapel (2829 Rennoc Rd, Knoxville, TN 37918). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the East Tennessee State Veteran's Cemetery (2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920).
