She was predeceased by: her husband Homer A. Miles; her parents, Robert Petree and Myrtle Petree; her siblings, Bobby Petree, Betty Long, Edna Brown, Joyce McGinnis and Don Petree; her son-in-law Elmer Atkins; and her grandson-in-law Joey Sherrod.
She is survived by: her children, R. Allen Miles (Mary Ellen) of Tucson, AZ, Tammy Thomas (Gary) of Knoxville, TN and Martha Atkins of Mascot, TN; and her grandchildren, Chris Bell, Amy Sherrod, Shaun Thomas, Amanda Shelby (Kevin), Chrissy Atkins and Sandy Lowe (Richard). She is also survived by several great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren.
